mother daughter jewelry
Heather Tanton

I created the Mother Daughter Jewelry line in 2003. A native Southerner, I moved to New York in 2001, where I began to study jewelry making

Particularly interested in jewelry from the Art Deco Period, I enjoy blending aspects of contemporary and traditional design. I work primarily with wire, chain, vintage charms and semi precious stones, and also incorporate wax carvings which I cast into pendants.

I now live and work in Richmond Virginia, where I hand-make each piece of jewelry out of my home studio. My goal is to create pieces that are elegant, relevant and enduring for all mothers and daughters.
